Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP partner, Hany A. Mawla, was recently appointed to serve on the Seton Hall University School of Law Dean’s Diversity Council during its 2009 through 2010 term. Mr. Mawla will serve with 30 other faculty members, administrators, students and alums to continue to promote Seton Hall’s already diverse and inclusive academic environment.
Mr. Mawla is a member of the firm’s Family Law practice group and focuses on the litigation of matrimonial, non-matrimonial and other complex family law related matters. He was selected for Inclusion in Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition by Super Lawyers magazine in the Family Law practice area (2007 & 2008).
Mr. Mawla serves as Chair and Commissioner to the New Jersey Arab-American Heritage Commission, Department of State and as Commissioner to the New Jersey Commission on Civil Rights, Department of Law and Public Safety. He is an adjunct professor at Raritan Valley Community College and Rutgers University in the Department of Political Science and the Center for Middle East Studies. He is also a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Minority Concerns.
