Partner Steven Nudelman Is Panelist at NJ Association of Professional Mediators General Meeting

Steven Nudelman, a partner in Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP’s Litigation Department, was a panelist at the General Meeting of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators on June 13th at the Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. The topic of the Meeting was, “Listening to the Client: What Do End-Users Want From a Mediator?” Mr. Nudelman, offering his perspective as an advocate in the mediation process, highlighted his past experiences in complex construction mediations.

Mr. Nudelman has participated in numerous construction and commercial arbitrations and mediations and has prosecuted shareholder disputes and RICO violations before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. He represents owners, developers, contractors and suppliers in contract disputes involving public and private construction projects throughout New Jersey.

Mr. Nudelman has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the Litigation- Construction practice area and has been listed in Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition in the Construction Litigation category.
