Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Nancy Isaacson and Thomas A. Waldman have joined the firm as partner and counsel, respectively. They are both members of the Litigation Department and are located in the firm’s Roseland office. Prior to joining the firm, they were with the Goldstein Isaacson firm in Springfield.  

Ms. Isaacson concentrates her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. She also has significant experience in commercial litigation. She is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and of the New Jersey Bar Association’s Debtor/Creditor Section. She is also a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and of the Hadassah Attorney’s Council. She offers counseling to high school students on financial literacy as part of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Lawyers Foundation New Jersey Financial Literacy Program (FLiP). Ms. Isaacson previously served as an associate at GRSD from 1989-1995. Ms. Isaacson is a graduate of Rutgers University and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Waldman is engaged in a commercial litigation practice with a current focus on bankruptcy matters. He has previously served as in-house counsel, first for a major electric and gas utility company where he was responsible for environmental compliance matters, and subsequently at a publicly traded global chemical and engineered materials company, where he was senior litigation counsel and managed all of the company’s litigation matters. Mr. Waldman was an associate at GRSD from 1988-1990.  A graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Waldman received his law from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.
