David A. Roth, a partner in the firm’s Environmental Department, is the author of a chapter on “Health and Safety, Prevention and Right-To-Know Reporting” in the recently published New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook (Bernan Press, 8th Edition). 

The book includes the work of over forty of New Jersey’s leading environmental law practitioners, writing on the state’s environmental laws and regulations and including practice tips. Issues discussed include contaminated property, finance and insurance, litigation, enforcement, protected lands, air and water quality, hazardous waste, nuclear energy, health and safety, wildlife protection and sustainability.

Mr. Roth concentrates his practice in real estate, environmental, and health and safety law, with special emphasis on compliance counseling and environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions.  He assists clients in resolving issues arising under solid and hazardous waste laws, the federal Clean Water Act, the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act, right-to-know programs, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and emerging product safety laws.
