GRSRD&H Announces Addition of Corporate Associate

The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP, with offices located in Woodbridge and Roseland, announces the addition of Robert E. Schiappacasse of Atlantic Highlands as an associate in its Corporate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schiappacasse worked as corporate counsel at a mergers and acquisitions brokerage firm and worked as a litigation associate for another New Jersey law firm. A graduate of Rutgers College in 1995, he received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations. Mr. Schiappacasse is admitted to practice in New Jersey, United States District Court for District of New Jersey and New York.
