Greenbaum Attorneys Featured in Leading Publications
Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is proud to announce three of its attorneys have been featured in two of the state’s leading publications: New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Law Journal. Litigation partners of the firm, Dina M. Vanides and Hany A. Mawla, and Marina Solo, associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, have been selected as New Jersey Rising Stars by Super Lawyers directory as featured in the August edition of New Jersey Monthly. Vanides and Mawla are listed in the Family Law section; Solo is listed in the Mergers & Acquisitions section.
Marina Solo has also been selected by the New Jersey Law Journal for inclusion in its “40 Under 40” list. The list, which was published on August 6, 2007, recognizes the top 40 attorneys of New Jersey under the age of 40. The New Jersey Law Journal describes the selection process as “rigorous” because the editorial staff hand-picks lawyers who have developed unique practice niches, demonstrated leadership potential by work in practice groups or committees, have established client relationships, and have a solid record of trial, appellate, or transactional work.
Solo’s practice is established in the area of mergers, acquisitions and securities, as well as general corporate representation, including drafting and negotiating shareholder/member agreements, buy/sell agreements, and employment agreements. Solo attended Moscow State University, Russia. She graduated, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and received her law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University Law School.
Vanides concentrates her practice in the area of family law. She serves on the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee of the Essex County Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association, Family Law Executive Committee. Vanides is a panelist in the Early Settlement Program in Essex County. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, magna cum laude, and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude.
Mawla focuses his practice in litigation of matrimonial, non-matrimonial and other complex family law related matters. He is a mediator accredited by the Administrative Office of the Courts and is a panelist in the Early Settlement Program for Family Court matters in Essex, Middlesex, and Morris County. He has lectured on family law matters on behalf of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. In 2006, Mawla was appointed to the New Jersey Civil Rights Commission, Office of the Attorney General, Department of Law & Public Safety by Governor Jon S. Corzine. Mawla is a graduate of Rutgers University with collegiate honors and high honors, and he received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
