Jeff Sirot to speak at CAI NJ Educational Series Seminar

Attorney Jeff Sirot will be a panelist at the upcoming Community Associations Institute seminar, “Managing Through the Current Economic Crisis,” as part of CAI NJ’s 2012 Educational Series. The seminar will be held on Thursday, June 21st at Rossmoor Community Association in Monroe Township, NJ. Mr. Sirot will speak about the legal collection process and community association recourse with abandoned units

Mr. Sirot, a member of the firm’s Community Association Practice Group, maintains an emphasis on community association law and provides numerous homeowners associations, condominium associations and cooperatives with a full range of legal advice and services. Mr. Sirot has extensive experience in all aspects of common interest communities, including the transition of a community from developer to unit owner control, interpretation and drafting of master deed and by-law provisions, promulgation of rules and regulations together with a significant involvement with alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) procedures and other matters necessary for the proper legal administration of a community association.
