Litigation Department partner Raymond M. Brown will serve on the panel of commentators at the seminar “Uncertain Justice: The Roberts Court and the Constitution,” hosted by the Professional Education Group. The program will be held on Monday, September 22nd at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ.

The presentation will begin with a two hour seminar by Laurence H. Tribe, the Carl M. Loeb University Professor and Professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard Law School. This will be followed by a one hour panel discussion featuring Mr. Brown and other panelists, including Paulette Brown (Edwards Wildman and Palmer LLP), Lawrence S. Lustberg (Gibbons PC) and Louis H. Miron.

Mr. Brown is Chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Corporate & International Human Rights Practice Groups. A high profile white collar criminal defense attorney with an international legal practice, Mr. Brown is also a leading figure in a developing area of the law related to the regulation and enforcement of business requirements for human rights compliance. He is host of the Emmy Award winning New Jersey Network Program "Due Process,” a Visiting Professor and Research Scholar at Seton Hall University School of Law, and the recipient of numerous legal industry accolades. He has also authored a variety of articles on topics including human rights due diligence and corporate responsibility issues.
