Barry S. Goodman was elected as Treasurer of the Interest On Lawyers' Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Fund of the Bar of New Jersey. The IOLTA Fund provides funding for civil legal services to the poor, projects to improve the administration of justice, and education of lay persons in law-related areas.
Marc J. Gross was elected as secretary of the Essex County Bar Association. Mr. Gross formed the North Jersey Business Council with other business leaders from Essex County. The group provides a network to discuss business development issues, to enhance communication skills and to improve business relations.
Christine F. Li joins four of the firm's real estate partners as a newly elected member to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Marc D. Policastro was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal for inclusion in its top "40 Under 40," a list of 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in New Jersey singled out "for the potential they show to be among the leaders of the New Jersey bar in the not-so-distant future."
Andrea J. Sullivan was appointed treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation. Ms. Sullivan was installed as a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
Gary K. Wolinetz served as a contributor to the newly published Encyclopedia of New Jersey. Mr. Wolinetz co-authored the 2004 edition of Civil Trial Preparation for NJ ICLE, a book that is distributed to all new lawyers in the State. Mr. Wolinetz is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden for the fall semester teaching pre-trial advocacy.
