Practice Focus
Mr. Nudelman represents owners developers, contractors and suppliers in contract disputes involving public as well as private construction projects throughout the state of New Jersey. He regularly handles matters in State and Federal Courts, in both New Jersey and New York. He has participated in a number of construction and commercial arbitrations and has also prosecuted shareholder disputes and RICO violations before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Nudelman has appeared pro hac vice in commercial matters in California and Texas.
In addition to his construction and general commercial practices, Mr. Nudelman maintains an active title insurance defense practice. He represents insured owners and lenders prosecuting and defending title insurance claims on behalf of national underwriters. Mr. Nudelman has wide-ranging experience handling actions involving trespass, easements, adverse possession, limited liability company fraud, boundary disputes, equitable subrogation and title defect claims.
