Mr. Jerry concentrates his practice on general corporate representation. He has experience negotiating, drafting and counseling in all areas of corporate practice.

• Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the corporate legal department of Cadbury Adams USA LLC, where he handled commercial contract drafting and negotiation, complex litigation and regulatory matters.
• Former prosecuting intern for the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Newark, NJ.
