Practice Focus

Mr. Greenbaum's practice concentrates on the representation of builder/investor entrepreneurs, financial institutions, brokers, contractors and users, in all aspects of real property transactions from acquisition through the land use approval process, environmental regulations, financing, construction, leasing and sale.

• He has trial experience in state and federal courts, and has testified as an expert witness in state (N.J.) and federal courts.  He is an experienced neutral as mediator and arbitrator.
• Has testified as an expert witness in Real Estate Law Litigation in State (NJ) and U.S. District Court.
