Practice Focus

Mr. Greenbaum focuses on real estate brokerage and trade association law.  He represents numerous prominent builders and developers of residential and commercial real estate, real estate brokers, and commercial landlords and tenants in New Jersey.  He has broad experience in representing lending institutions and title companies, and he has been hands-on counsellor in the planning and development of residential projects consisting of many thousands of units.

  • As a noted authority on real estate brokerage and trade association law, Mr. Greenbaum has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court in many landmark cases that have had a significant impact on the conduct of the real estate industry in New Jersey. For more than 30 years, Mr. Greenbaum served as counsel to the New Jersey Association of REALTORS ®, the voice of organized real estate in New Jersey.
