The Technology Practice Group at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP provides comprehensive legal services to technology companies in all stages of growth from formation and financing to public offerings and beyond.

Our clients are involved in research, development, manufacturing, supply and sales of technology products and services. We have represented clients in the areas of telecommunications, software, e-commerce and Internet, electronic technology, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, as well as other technologies.
