Mr. Ledoux focuses his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, business and shareholder disputes, general equity matters and the representation of automotive dealerships in matters related to franchise law.  Mr. Ledoux’s experience also includes construction and banking litigation, administrative law and appellate practice.
