Ms. Silver focuses her litigation practice in the area of insurance coverage.  She has over 20 years of experience handling a broad range of insurance claims and the resolution of disputes between policyholders and insurance carriers, with a particular emphasis on complex commercial liability and property claims, allocation analyses, and the preparation of insurance claims with heavy documentation and significant dollar values.

Ms. Silver’s experience encompasses a wide variety of insurance coverage matters, including those related to environmental contamination, construction defect claims (general liability and homebuilders’ warranty insurance), professional liability claims, asbestos property damage and personal injury claims, D&O liability claims, comprehensive general liability claims, employment claims, automobile dealers liability claims, property insurance and fidelity bond claims.
