A highlight of my legal career was helping to save a clients' small business, a new company that was under siege by their former employer and its high priced New York law firm. Their efforts failed because of both my clients' courage and this firm's ability to do what was necessary to vindicate their legal rights and demonstrate that justice still exists for entrepreneurs willing to put it all on the line.

Mr. Wolinetz concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, focusing on trust and estate litigation, real estate litigation and landlord tenant litigation.
