Having worked on both the legal and business fronts, I understand the challenges our clients can face. Being able to effectively negotiate on their behalf, while controlling or eliminating the “noise” that is part of the transactional process, is what drives the most rewarding aspects of my career as a lawyer.

Mr. Kay concentrates his practice in commercial and industrial real estate law, assisting clients in matters related to transactions throughout New Jersey and New York.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kay was responsible for negotiating complex technology transactions at a leading global bank. Through this experience, he has acquired strong negotiation and problem-solving skills that lead to the successful resolution of issues.  

Mr. Kay’s background also encompasses intellectual property and media-related transactions, including trademark filings, sponsorship agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and production agreements.
