I'm very results oriented.  There is nothing more satisfying than when months, or even years, of hard work end in a favorable result for the client.  To that extent, the client's goals and my goals are one and the same.

Ms. Manobianca concentrates her practice in litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation. She counsels owners and developers on matters involving public and private construction projects in New Jersey and New York. She also has experience in business litigation, providing legal representation to a range of clients that includes both international and family-owned businesses and companies in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Her work has encompassed environmental issues, contract disputes, mass tort actions, employment matters and insurance coverage disputes.

In addition, Ms. Manobianca has noteworthy experience in the area of product liability, including the defense of claims against manufacturers of automobiles and consumer products.
