Jack Fersko, a partner in the Real Estate Department and Co-Chair of the Alternative Energy & Sustainable Development Practice Group, will serve as co-moderator and will also lecture at a program on “Critical Issues in Drafting & Negotiating Office, Retail, Industrial & Ground Leases.” The full-day seminar will focus on the concerns that require the greatest attention during the negotiation, drafting and review process, providing valuable insights and practical strategies across the spectrum of commercial leasing transactions.
