David A. Roth, a partner in the Environmental Department at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, will speak at the NAIOP NJ’s February 17, 2012 presentation on “Preparing for Mandatory LSRP.” The program will focus on the approaching deadlines for compliance with New Jersey’s Site Remediation Reform Act and its Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, which has brought extensive changes to the remediation of environmentally contaminated properties in the state.

Mr. Roth focuses his practice on environmental, real estate and health and safety law, with special emphasis on compliance counseling and the environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions. He assists clients in resolving issues arising under solid and hazardous waste laws, the federal Clean Water Act, the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, right-to-know programs, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and emerging product safety laws. Mr. Roth is a Director of the Environmental Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a member of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
