Join Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP and Langan Engineering for an informative webinar.
The NJDEP Water Quality Management Planning rules assign primary wastewater management planning to counties with input from local authorities, further centralizing control of the land use development process. The required updating of Wastewater Management Plans (WMPs) and redrawing of Sewer Service Areas (SSAs) will dramatically impact development potential and property values throughout the state since areas outside SSAs will be subject to sanitary discharge, environmental and smart growth limitations. Time will be allocated for Q & A at the end of the program.
