Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the Litigation Department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, will speak at a Middlesex County Bar Association seminar on “Gender Bias in the Legal Profession.” The program, being held on October 17, 2012 at the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick, NJ, will focus on the need to educate and sensitize the Bench and Bar on gender bias issues and addressed how gender bias affects litigants and attorneys. Ms. Kaller’s co-presenter will be Linda A. Mainenti-Walsh of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito, Frost P.C. The Hon. Frank Ciuffani, Presiding Judge, Chancery, of the Middlesex County Superior Court will serve as moderator.

Ms. Kaller's practice focuses on commercial litigation, including disputes arising under licensing agreements, asset sale agreements, financing and credit facilities, and environmental litigation. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Bar Education Subcommittee of the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts, as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Women In the Profession Section, and as Chair of our firm’s Women’s Leadership Forum.
