Raymond M. Brown, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will moderate a panel discussion at the 40th Annual U.S. District Court Judicial Conference, to be held on March 10, 2016 from 9:00am – 1:00pm at Mayfair Farms in West Orange. The conference, hosted by The Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, will include the program “Justice William Brennan: The Legacy and The Man.”
Mr. Brown will lead a session titled “Justice Brennan: Judge, Justice, and Jerseyan,” which will provide inside perspective on Justice Brennan as a champion of liberty and equality from those who worked with him and studied his legacy. Justice Brennan served on the bench for over 33 years following his appointment by President Eisenhower - more than 1300 Supreme Court decisions bear his name.
