Andrea J. Sullivan, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will moderate a Trial Practice Breakfast CLE program on the topic of “Significant Pre- and Post-Trial Motions in the New Jersey Superior Court.” The program will be presented by the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA) on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 8:00am-9:15am at the MCBA offices in New Brunswick.

Ms. Sullivan will be installed as President of the MCBA in May 2016. She is the 2010 Recipient of the Bar’s Robert J. Cirafesi Chancery Practice Award, serves as Chair of the MCBA Chancery Practice Committee, is a member of the MCBA’s Women Lawyers Section, and served as Chair of the MCBA 100th Anniversary Gala in 2014.

Ms. Sullivan’s litigation practice encompasses the representation of individuals and business entities in commercial, estate, matrimonial, chancery litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She has significant experience in handling contract and partnership disputes, actions involving closely held companies, oppressed minority shareholder litigation, hiring and termination of senior employees, non-compete issues, and other "business divorce” matters. She is the co-author of two important treatises, New Jersey Business Litigation and Guidebook to Chancery Practice in New Jersey.
