For owners, contractors or subcontractors, half the battle in drafting construction agreements is knowing what to negotiate and how. This seminar will cover some key contract clauses for negotiation. While not all these clauses may be subject to negotiation for a given project, many times they are – if one of the contracting parties inquires.
