Mawla is a partner of the firm in its Litigation Department and Family Law Practice Group. He focuses on the litigation of matrimonial, non-matrimonial and other complex family law related matters and is an experienced mediator of matrimonial and family law related matters. Mawla is a member of the Editorial Board of New Jersey Family Lawyer magazine, Commissioner to the New Jersey Commission on Civil Rights, Department of Law and Public Safety and a Panelist in the Early Settlement Program for Family Court matters in Essex and Middlesex Counties.

Solo is a partner of the firm in its Corporate Department and member of the Technology and Health Care Practice Groups. Solo concentrates her practice in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance and securities; general corporate governance; private equity / venture capital; commercial transactions (including licensing, distribution and promotion agreements); and health care.

Beckelman is an associate of the firm in its Real Estate Department and Redevelopment Practice Group. Beckelman handles land use litigation and applications before local land use boards and governing bodies, with an emphasis on redevelopment projects, eminent domain, and affordable housing. He also engages in related transactional work and contract negotiations. He is a member of the New Jersey Smart Growth Alliance and the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey.

Vos is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department and a member of its Environmental and Green Building Practice Groups. Vos focuses her practice in environmental law and litigation, compliance, land use, regulatory and toxic tort.  She has successfully litigated numerous complex environmental matters, based in both equity and non-equity, and predicated upon concepts of general negligence and strict liability within the context of the New Jersey Spill Compensation & Control Act. She is the President-Elect of the New Jersey Defense Association (NJDA), Chair of NJDA’s Environmental Law and Public Relations Committees and a member of the Environmental Committee of the New Jersey Builders Association. 

DiPasqua is an associate in the Litigation Department and Family Law Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on the litigation of matrimonial and other family law related matters. She is an accredited mediator of the Superior Court of New Jersey and a member of the Northern New Jersey Family Inn of Court. DiPasqua is co-author of the article, "Adultery & Alimony: A Legal Update," Garden State Woman, November 2004.
