The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Raymond M. Brown and David A. Roth have joined the firm as partners, Emily A. Kaller has been elected a partner and Jodi L. Rosenberg has been named counsel. All reside in the firm’s Woodbridge office.

Brown, formerly with law offices in Newark, NJ, joins the firm as Chair of the White Collar Defense & Corporate Compliance Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in internal investigations and all other aspects of white collar criminal defense. He is a graduate of Columbia University and received his law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.

Roth, a former partner at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP serves as Chair of the Environmental Practice Group. Roth concentrates his practice in environmental, health and safety law, with a special emphasis on compliance counseling and environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions. Roth is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
 
Kaller, previously an associate of the firm, is member of the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state commercial litigation, including complex commercial litigation and chancery practice. She is a graduate of The New School for Social Research, and received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark.

Rosenberg is also a former associate of the firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial and banking litigation in both the state and federal courts. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her law degree from Boston University School of Law.
