Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, one of New Jersey’s leading law firms, is pleased to announce that Glenn Berman, former Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, has joined the firm as Of Counsel. His practice will focus in mediation, arbitration, and discovery management of complex family, commercial, estate/probate, and general equity matters, as well as law enforcement investigations.

Judge Berman has authored published decisions encompassing all four divisions of the Superior Court; General Equity, Family, Civil and Criminal. He was specially designated to preside over the landmark and high profile 2012 cyberbullying case, State of New Jersey v. Dharun Ravi.

Following a 17-year career in private practice, Judge Berman served in the Superior Court of Middlesex County from 1989 to 1998, following which he was appointed Prosecutor for Middlesex County. In 2002, he returned to the bench and served in various capacities prior to his retirement on January 1, 2013.
