The firm is proud to announce that Justin P. Kolbenschlag and Matthew J. Schiller have been selected for inclusion on the New Jersey Law Journal’s list of 2017 “New Leaders of the Bar.” The publication annually recognizes the career accomplishments of young lawyers who have established themselves as leaders within their firms and organizations, as well as within the larger legal community. Mr. Kolbenschlag and Mr. Schiller will be honored at the Law Journal’s Professional Excellence Awards dinner on June 20, 2017 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park.
Mr. Kolbenschlag is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, employment counseling, and significant injury personal injury claims. He is a member of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the New Jersey State and Middlesex County Bar Associations, the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources, and the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce. He is a Barrister in the John C. Lifland Inn of Court. Mr. Kolbenschlag received his J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
Mr. Schiller is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law, handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactional and litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. He serves as Assistant Secretary/Legislative Coordinator for the Board of Consultors of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section. He is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, NAIOP NJ, the Urban Land Institute, and the Appraisal Institute Metro New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Schiller received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and earned his B.A. with honors from Trinity College.
