I was fortunate to have been taught the law by memorable professors including Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Jack Weinstein, Benno Schmidt and Arthur Murphy. Those experiences instilled in me a real desire to practice law and a love of teaching healthcare law. Teaching my students at Seton Hall Law, and mentoring young associate lawyers, has enhanced, refreshed and continues to invigorate my ability to effectively represent the firm’s healthcare clients.
Mr. McBride concentrates his practice in corporate healthcare law, antitrust, managed care, healthcare litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in general healthcare law matters, including clinically integrated healthcare provider organizations, mergers and acquisitions, professional medical staff issues and healthcare antitrust matters. He also has significant expertise in the litigation and alternative dispute resolution of complex healthcare matters including reimbursement and payment arrangements, pharmacy benefit management agreements, employment agreements, commercial vendor arrangements and Stark and anti-kickback disputes.
