Substantive law expertise and a constructive, life-affirming focus are an integral part of my client interactions and daily practice.

In addition to providing guidance on environmental laws such as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Mr. Flynn’s experience encompasses environmental compliance and risk management associated with workplace safety and product stewardship laws including the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), as well as related common law tort principles. He also assists solid waste service vendors obtain the required A-901 licenses and Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity required under New Jersey law to operate within the state.
