Ms. Silver focuses her litigation practice in the area of insurance coverage. She has over 20 years of experience handling a broad range of insurance claims and the resolution of disputes between policyholders and insurance carriers, with a particular emphasis on complex commercial liability and property claims, allocation analyses, and the preparation of insurance claims with heavy documentation and significant dollar values.

Ms. Silver’s experience encompasses a wide variety of insurance claims, including those related to environmental contamination, construction defects, professional liability, D&O liability, employment practices, asbestos bodily injury and property damage, commercial general liability, automobile dealers liability, property insurance, flood insurance and fidelity bond claims. Ms. Silver has substantial experience with construction defect claims under general liability, owner controlled insurance program (OCIP), contractor controlled insurance program (CCIP) and home builders’ insurance policies.
