I’m a determined and tenacious people person, and I think my clients relate to that.  My experiences have brought me into contact with many different types of personalities.  The ability to work well with all kinds of people and get results are important traits for a litigator.

Ms. Wolff’s practice encompasses general commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis in the areas of employment, construction, condominium and community association law.  She has been involved with numerous complex, multi-party construction defect and transition litigations, representing both developers and associations.  She also provides general representation to associations, including the drafting of contracts, resolutions and amendments to governing documents.

Ms. Wolff’s experience involves all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, mediation, trial and appeals.  She has built a solid track record by being a zealous advocate for her clients.

Representative Matters

  • General representation of a 55+ adult condominium community including the drafting of numerous amendments to governing documents, overseeing elections and handling day to day activities, some of which are specific to an over 55 community.  Representation of association in transition litigation against developer and various contractors
  • Representation of a northern NJ condominium association on both general and transition matters. The property, which was initially converted from a manufacturing facility to a rental before conversion to a condominium, faces a variety of unique issues
