I have learned that the key to being a successful litigator is there is no “key.”  I cannot approach each case by rote, or by some formula that may have worked in the past.  It is only when I devote my time and energy to a specific client that I can “win” the case for them, as winning is defined by them.

Ms. Lucey concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, employment litigation, professional negligence defense and the productive use of litigation technology to reduce litigation costs and increase efficiency.  She represents clients across a broad range of matters, including construction and engineering, civil fraud and business torts, employment related matters, commercial contract disputes, banking and professional malpractice.
