Mr. Goryelov assists in the firm's representation of clients in matters involving federal, state and local environmental statutes and regulatory requirements and their impact on real estate, business and lending transactions and business operations, including the resolution of issues related to solar development.

Activities & Experience

  • While attending law school, Mr. Goryelov gained experience in administrative document review as a legal assistant at a New York law firm. 
  • Mr. Goryelov received the Regina Kenen Outstanding Thesis Award for his work on authoring and defending a 60-page thesis as an undergraduate student.
  • Fluent in German, proficient in French and Russian
