I was motivated to become an attorney following my service as a member of the Mercer County Community College Board of Trustees.  My role as a board member afforded me an up-close perspective on how a series of successful real estate projects impacted my hometown of Trenton.  Seeing the positive transformation that the work of dedicated professionals can bring to a community inspired me to pursue a career in the law with a focus on real estate.

Mr. Rodriguez assists in the firm's representation of developers and sponsors of planned real estate communities, including the structuring and registration of planned developments, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the registration of projects with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) on behalf of clients.  His work also encompasses the field of community association law, including the general representation of community associations and the transition of community associations from developer control to homeowner control.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate (pending admission to the New Jersey bar), Mr. Rodriguez assisted attorneys in the firm's real estate practice area as a summer intern, providing support on numerous projects.
