My approach to problem solving is not telling a client why something can't be done, but rather coming up with a way that it can be done, while protecting the client and accomplishing its goals. My clients know that I care about them and this cements our relationship.
Mr. Knee concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, mediation, corporate law and general business counseling, corporate governance issues, post-acquisition business disputes and business divorces. He serves as outside general counsel for middle market businesses and represents corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities in all forms of business transactions. He also represents lenders in commercial financial transactions and secured and unsecured creditors in workouts and bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Knee is listed on the roster of Superior Court of New Jersey-approved civil mediators in the areas of complex commercial litigation, contracts and commercial transactions, and general equity.
