Ms. Gomez assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters. As a summer associate at the firm, she worked closely with partners and other attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in areas of practice including employment, construction, and healthcare law, as well as FINRA arbitration. Ms. Gomez has conducted legal research, drafted motions, and authored legal memoranda, white papers and client communications. She analyzed legal frameworks for medical wellness facilities, renewable energy projects, and jurisdictional authority over foreign corporations, and provided support on the preparation of materials for a CLE presentation on legal ethics to in-house counsel.
