We're writing with a brief update to the Alert we sent earlier this week. 

Please be advised that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has extended its March 7, 2014 application deadline for companies seeking an extension of the May 7, 2014 deadline for completion of a remedial investigation in New Jersey.

Applications for the extension must now be received by NJDEP on or before March 21, 2014.   Additional details are available here.
