Greenbaum Family Law practice leader Mark H. Sobel will be a panelist for a full-day “Child Custody Symposium,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at the New Jersey Law Center and online.
The program will explore New Jersey’s amended child custody statute and its practical impact on family law practice. Experienced family law attorneys, mental health professionals, and judges will examine key changes to the law, emerging issues, and differing interpretations, providing practical guidance for navigating custody matters from initial filings through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
Mark, who will participate in a session focused on the appellate process in family law litigation, has more than four decades of experience providing strategic counsel and first-chair trial representation in intricate family law matters, with a focus on complex and high-net-worth matters across the spectrum of family law issues.
