Christine F. Li will serve as moderator and Caroline Record as a presenter at the “Community Association Conference 2026,” to be held at the New Jersey Law Center on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, the program will also be available for online viewing.
This popular full-day annual seminar is being offered by NJICLE for the 16th consecutive year and features a panel of distinguished community association practitioners and consultants who will analyze key issues faced by community associations and their boards. The presentation will focus on recent developments in the community association sector and legislative and case law updates, including developments in insurance, immigration and customs enforcement, alternative dispute resolution, the reconciliation of leasing provisions with the rental of homes on a short-term basis, and managing risks that community associations are exposed to. The lunchtime presentation will address ethical and professional liability challenges associated with association representation.
Chris is a partner and leads Greenbaum’s Condominium & Planned Real Estate Development practice. Caroline is a partner and a leader of the firm’s Community Association practice.
