Greenbaum family law attorney Tamires M. Oliveira will be a panelist for a presentation on “Family Law for Paralegals and Newly Admitted Attorneys” to be hosted online by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
This practice primer is designed for new attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants supporting family law practices in New Jersey, and will focus on the technical requirements, skills, and procedures essential to managing matrimonial matters. Participants will learn the foundations of a successful family law case, including required paperwork, filings, and court rules.
Tammi provides representation in all aspects of family law, with expertise in economically complex divorce and separation proceedings, asset distribution, domestic partnerships, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, post-judgment enforcement and modification applications, alimony and child support, and domestic violence cases. Her work includes cross-border family law matters involving international and multi-jurisdictional issues, including forum/jurisdiction challenges. She provides bilingual representation in English, Portuguese, and Spanish to a diverse clientele, effectively navigating complex legal procedures and cultural sensitivities.
