Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that our partner Jack Fersko has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Real Estate Lawyers guide.

According to Lawdragon, the guide recognizes “advisors who specialize in real estate worldwide – its development, finance, leasing, REITs, construction, disputes and litigation.”

Jack, a leader of the firm’s acclaimed real estate practice, is the only New Jersey attorney recognized in this year’s guide. His practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development and redevelopment projects, environmentally impacted transactions, landlord-tenant matters, and alternative energy initiatives. He has notable expertise in helping clients navigate transactions involving significant environmental liabilities and in developing complex environmental risk-allocation structures.

Jack is highly regarded, both in and beyond New Jersey, for his business insight and legal acumen by clients including real estate developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), commercial and industrial property owners/operators, commercial tenants, hospitals and healthcare systems, and real estate entrepreneurs and investors. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and the American Bar Foundation and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA), the Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), and the American and New Jersey State bar associations. He is recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, New Jersey Super Lawyers, and Lexology Index Thought Leaders: USA in the real estate practice area.

Jack is editor in chief of the three-volume treatise Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey (NJICLE), and is the author of the “Environmental Issues in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leases” chapter in the Commercial Real Estate Transactions Handbook (Wolters Kluwer).
