Goldsmith co-authored the book Parking Matters: Designing, Operating and Financing Structured Parking in Smart Growth Communities, published by the Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey chapter, to guide developers, planners, and policymakers overcome the design, operational, and financial hurdles of building and maintaining parking structures in mixed-use, transit-oriented, and high-density developments.
