Greenbaum partners Barry S. Goodman and Conor J. Hennessey will present the seminar “The Ten Hottest Issues You Have to Understand to Avoid Lawsuits” at the 8th Annual REALTOR® Palooza, hosted by New Jersey REALTORS® on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the organization’s Trenton, New Jersey headquarters.
As the laws governing real estate transactions continue to evolve, staying informed is essential to minimizing risk and avoiding costly disputes. This presentation will address the ten most significant legal issues facing today’s real estate brokerage professionals.
Barry serves as Special Counsel to New Jersey REALTORS®. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. He lectures frequently to the real estate brokerage community and other industry organizations throughout the state, and has written extensively on topics related to real estate brokerage law.
Conor focuses his practice on real estate brokerage law and complex civil litigation. He advises and defends brokers, salespersons, and brokerage firms in contract, commission, and regulatory disputes. Conor has been involved in significant matters before New Jersey’s highest courts giving him insight into the issues that shape the real estate brokerage industry across the state.
