This presentation will provide a practical overview of key provisions in AIA construction contracts, helping owners, contractors, and subcontractors better understand how to manage risk and improve project outcomes. The program will cover essential topics related to time and money, along with a close look at A201-2017 General Conditions, including submittals, change orders, force majeure, material price escalation, correction of work, and termination. The seminar will also address commonly negotiated, risk-shifting areas of AIA contracts, such as insurance, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
