Steven Firkser, Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use practices, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Affordable Housing” at the 2026 Atlantic Builders Convention on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 1:00pm -2:30pm. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Steve will join a panel discussion about the fourth round of affordable housing and its implementation.

Steve counsels developers and lenders in the acquisition and financing of commercial properties from contract to closing. He also represents developers in obtaining and defending approvals for land development, including industrial, commercial, residential and educational facilities.

The firm will be located this year in Booth #514 on the Hard Rock’s exhibition floor, which will be open on Wednesday, March 25 from 10:00am – 4:00pm and on Thursday, March 26 from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
