NJSBA 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention

Greenbaum attorney Joseph A. Natale will be a panelist for the session “Best Practices Make Perfect: Law Firm Management, Structure, Disputes, and Succession Planning” at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting and Convention. The program is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 10:30am –11:45am, at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

This presentation will cover a wide range of topics, including the fundamentals of law firm management and structure, trust accounting, ethics, succession planning, and business disputes between attorneys. The program is intended for attorneys in private practice as well as those transitioning into it.

Joe will be installed as Treasurer of the NJSBA’s Young Lawyers Division at this year's Annual Meeting. He represents clients in sophisticated commercial disputes, including litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and administrative forums. He represents a diverse client base—including businesses, developers, contractors, landlords, and professional services firms—in matters involving business torts, breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional liability defense, and real estate and construction litigation.
