Greenbaum partner Sean R. McGowan, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Multi-Family and Mixed-Use Trends” at the 2026 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Sean will join a panel discussion about emerging trends in the multi-family and mixed-use market. Topics will include how government policies, such as the fourth round of affordable housing, PILOTs, and redevelopment agreements intersect with consumer and market-driven demands, affecting everything from site design to amenities.

Sean focuses his practice on real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.

The firm will be located this year in Booth #514 on the Hard Rock’s exhibition floor, which will be open on Wednesday, March 25 from 10:00am – 4:00pm and on Thursday, March 26 from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
